It took me a long time to find anywhere to get a boat in. Most of the industrial areas are restricted and this place was a private marina. The door was open and there were no signs so I put in off of a high doc and local owner helped me with my boat so I assumed it was ok. On my return trip the door to the dock was locked to outsider, but luckily I was done.
