Midsummer, Helsinki

A licorice stall on an island off the coast of Helsinki. Taken on June 22 at a friend's wedding.

 

Midsummer is a big celebration in Finland and there was a lot of dancing, bonfires etc. It was also light until 2am (at which point the sun came up again) which was a little strange.
