Yashica-mat124G

Going by the serial No this camera is a 1979 model and was purchased in what looks to be unused or very little used condition . Foam seal between veiwing hood and light meter had degraded and fallen into mirror box. Lightmeter was seized and required a light oil aplication and calibration to work with 1.5v PX625 battery.
As with a lot of later model Yashicas the rear taking lens was fogged and fungus eaten so the lenses from an early 1971 124g parts camera was fitted which turned out to be very sharp indeed..
A very nice mint user camera this one and always has a 120 or 220 film installed.
