tomtom gone :'(

went to the municipal down main st. to go to the atm. less than 5 mins later, i get back to find the passenger window broken and my tomtom gps gone :(

 

i walked up to this meter cop and asked for help, but he told me to call the police.. er, i thought he WAS police.. bastid
