I applied the "Comet" treatment to 36 of the images in this sequence. The comet treatment is pretty popular and is relatively simple. I will be describing how to do it in my next "Learn how to Create Star Trails Webinar.
No meteors here :-(
If you want to see the comet tecnique animated, watch this.
Comet style stacking is more interesting when there are fewer stars (lower ISO or smaller f/stop).
