Hotpot Furnace //

The cook is quite happy when I took the photos of his work. Then I switched to taking photo of him. He gave big smiles in the next photo. Most of his menu are prepared with coal. This is rather harmful to the cook, as burnt coal dusts are both sharp and toxic. This is not an easy job by any mean.
