At 90 degrees camera left and right, bare 580EX II @ 1/16 power shooting through umbrella about one foot away from subject. Far camera left a snooted 580EX II @ 1/64 power creates the highlight on the background. Strobes triggered with PocketWizard shutter triggered with Canon RC-1 remote. Minor post in Aperture 3.0.
