Project 52 - Week 6, day 2 (37)
(06 Feb 10)
Had been in the house all day as the weather was pretty rubbish, then suddenly the clouds disappeared and an amazing blue sky emerged at about 3pm. At that point I decided it was a good day to go out and grab some blue hour shots so gave my lenses a quick clean, jumped on my bike and headed down to Battersea. Didn't take long for the clouds to come back but still managed to get some pretty cool blues through those.
I'm doing a folio project for a course I'm on at the moment and I'm thinking of basing it on all things River Thames. I actually stood at this spot for absolute ages waiting for the right amount of traffic to pass for the right effect. Some more red trails wouldn't have gone amiss but I'm pretty happy with the result as it is. I like the tilt - usually not a fan of these but felt I should give it a go.
