Victoria Street, Edinburgh

This is one of my favourite streets in Edinburgh. A really steep hill (slightly daunting in the ice) which curves round leading you from the lower streets of the Grassmarket, up to the road which runs above it. Cobbled streets, multi-coloured shop fronts and upper terraces with closes which run through the ancient building. Simply immersed in character.

Technically speaking, I'm really frustrated with the glare on this shot and have worked really hard in post production to remove it as much as possible. Not only do I still need to master glare prevention but also how to fix it in post production!
