Day 60: Observed
Tuesday, March 1st
Today was a pretty unusually usual day. I got up around 1, showered, walked up to the admin offices and activated my SCAD debit so I don't have to use quarters to do laundry anymore, bought some milk, came back to my dorm and had cereal. I hung out in my room till around 5, when Michelle and Alexis and I all resolved that we would go to Ihop to observe and partake in the national free pancake holiday. After that they let me make a quick target run and we were headed back. The rest of the evening was spent watching LOST in Jausten's room, or as Alexis has been calling it, "Auohn's" (yet another combination of John and Austen). Between episodes we all decided we'd eat at The Spot for dinner, so I brought my camera, I knew that would be just about my only opportunity for a picture of the day that day. This was during the walk up. In the foreground is my roommate, alex, and the background left-to-right is Josh, Alexis, and Austen. The pizza was good, the friendship time was even better, and I loved having fun times hanging out with Alexis and Michelle a lot today. It's been awhile since the three of us have just hung out, so yep. Wonderful. I hit the sack at around 3 AM, far too late for having a 6 AM class the next day, but such is life when you start your laundry at 12:30 AM :)
