Flying Lady / A Classic Motor Yacht
The Flying Lady is a 61 ft. motor yacht. It was designed by John Trumpy and built by the Mathis Yacht Company of Camden, NJ in 1937. I made this photo at the Port of Savannah on June 13, 2014. Beautifully kept, this seventy-seven year old yacht was a joy to see. An interesting note: the original owner was seventy-seven when the yacht was commissioned.
