The Zellers discount department store at Billings Bridge Plaza in south-central Ottawa.
Since it's at a major OC Transpo transfer point, this is the Zellers that I visit most after the one on Merivale in Nepean.
It has a better selection of Hot Wheels than the Merlvale location.
