This is an ICS Courier Dodge Sprinter van parked in the parking lot of the Merivale Market plaza on Merivale Road in the Ottawa suburb of Nepean.
ICS Courier is a Canadian courier service run by a company called Century II Holdings Inc. I presume that the "I" stands for "International", but the ICS website doesn't seem to confirm it.
