A customized Porsche 911 Turbo 930-type...
...parked in a strip mall on Merivale Road at the corner of Capilano Drive in the Ottawa suburb of Nepean.
I had to do some research to figure out what kind of Porsche this was, because the front end somewhat resembles a Porsche 944, but the rear bulges out like a 911.
My conclusion is that it's a heavily-customized Porsche 930 (the actual designation for 911 series cars built between 1975 and 1989) modified to look like the ultra-rare Flachbau (Flatnose) Version I X83 model produced just for Japan. The pop-up headlights and the vents behind them are identical to the X83, but the features on the bumper are different.
