Quick Guac

I wanted a snack this afternoon (aka lunch), and had gotten two avocados (2/$3, haha) today at Safeway and decided to use one up for some guac. I didn't want to spend a lot of time making it so I just mashed up the avocado and mixed in some roasted tomato salsa. Served with multi-grain Tostitos.
