Stephen B. Whatley is primarily an expressionist painter - whose vibrant oil paintings have been published in TIME magazine. His 30 paintings commissioned in 2000 for the Tower of London are permanently reproduced throughout the walkway , outside Tower Hill Station, that leads to the Tower of London.
