today it was that day again. russian bureaucracy at its best. going there to pick up a package that was sent from austria BEFORE easter. pick up notification arrived yesterday... (no comment)
so, we went to the главпочтамт (did you know that Bismark intoduced 760!! german termini for the postal system? check it out here) to pick up the package. bad idea!
with one opening hour remaining, evi pulled number 523. and 427 was on for counter 5. not that there weren't any other counters (10 in total). but counter number 5 is solely responsible for package pick-up and check in. and it does not matter that everybody else needs to that counter as well.
so we left.
