How to eat a Semla

Made a pit stop at my favorite cafe today. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and ordered two semla's. They were a bit stressed at the cafe. Didn't have time to ask Henrik how many semla's they had baked, but normally on this day it is a few thousand.
