Another Char Dinner
In the oven at 200 degrees for fifteen minutes. Just added salt, pepper and a few drops of lemon juice. Served with fresh potatoes a salad and sauce Bearnaise, something I tried for the first time with fish last Summer. From my personal fish delivery man.
