It reads something like this:
It should be safe to eat a hot dog in the middle of the night in Västerhaninge without risking to be mashed*.
With more police officers Haninge will be safer.

There's been a lot of violence in Västerhaninge over the last few years. Murder and assault and that sort of thing.
