Celebration of Light - Team Mexico Fireworks Show
The Celebration of Light fireworks show took place in English Bay in Vancouver Wednesday, July 28, 2010 with team Mexico displaying a "Journey" through music themed show.
The July 28 display was put on by team Mexico with sponsors including HSBC bank and fireworks designed and coordinated by Lux Pirotecnia, S.A. de C.V.. Mexico's show had a theme called "Journey" and represented a journey through the four different types of music from rock "en espanol" to pop, Mexican contemporary and blends of popular (Banda) music with electronic elements. Part of four shows over the course of two weeks that display competing entries by the USA, Spain, Mexico and China, the Celebration of Light is viewed by hundreds of thousands of spectators lining the beaches and thousands of boaters around English Bay in Vancouver, BC Canada.
