Fluff Busting Purity v1.9 - A Greasemonkey Script for Blocking Annoying Application Messages From Your Facebook Homepage

I wrote a greasemonkey script for facebook that removes annoying application messages from your facebook homepage and also, new in this version, released on 28th Oct 2009: "became a friend of", "is attending an event", "joined a group" and "became a fan of" messages too.

 

You can use the "Show/Hide" links that are inserted at the top of the page, to re-show the messages if you really want to see them. The script also adds a "block app" link to messages from applications, which allows you to quickly "block" an app, rather than simply hiding it. The script also has a feature for whitelisting application messages that you *do* want to see. More info on whitelisting : whitelist.fbpurity.com.
