The Red Lion Hotel is coming along. I'm really happy with the color choice here but cursing it at the same time. Not having a color photo of the hotel from the period I had to use my imagination. I can tell from B&W photos that the building was predominantly white with the trim another undetermined color. So I figured dark green trim would be cool. And I like it. But holy crap is it a pain to work in dark green. Every time I think a part would be good to use for a particular detail I realize it doesn't exist in that color. So we'll get to see how smart I really am at coming up with clever alternatives.
