Description: Five utility trucks belonging to the Toowoomba Electric Light & Power Company, are angle parked in front of the building. They all have the company's logo on them and they appear to be decorated for a parade. Each is carrying some form of advertisement for the power company. There is a hotel next door to the power company, which has a deep veranda surrounded by a cast iron balustrade.
