DSS BSAC Class 146 Personnel Security Training Exercise
On May 22, 2020, members of the Diplomatic Security Service Basic Special Agent Course (BSAC) Class 146 conducted Protective Security (PRS) training at Fort Pickett in Blackstone, Va., where the Foreign Affairs Security Training Center is located. PRS training is the final exercise in BSAC and simulates dignitary protection in a motorcade and on foot. During this training, the special agent candidates wore face coverings and maintained social distancing in accordance with recommended protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
