Most of the Great Salt Lake area is pretty desolate and, in many cases, challenging to reach the shoreline. And to get any reflections, you must go in the water while avoiding any soft mud sinking zones.
Last month there was a news story about a 14-year-old boy walking through swampy water trapped in mud up to his armpits and needing rescue.
