Piazza San Marco

This shot falls into the dumb luck category - it was my last stop for the night and where I had planned to shoot from multiple vantage points.

 

I composed, took my first shot and when the shutter closed the lights of the square turned off.

 

End of the magic.

 

I had significant doubt if I had pulled off a 5-second people free shot on the first attempt
