I wrote this title off the top of my head and then I had to laugh.. or maybe cry I have not decided which one yet... at the ER tonight the Doctor told me to cut sodium out of my diet... and I love my salt darn it all! So did this deer family, they found a salt lick and had a blast...
yes, I finally got my insurance today and since the blood pressure was still sky high I went in to get evaluated... and came away with not much help just yet. SO next I get to haul around a 30 day event Monitor to hook up if I have another fluttery session in the heart beat dance...
feeling better than i did a couple days ago hurrah! and getting things checked out finally on many levels.. I think it is just TIME for a 50,000 mile tune up and oil change for my body!
