Fufu in light (tomato) soup with goat

Fufu (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fufu) is a paste that is served under the soup. Traditionally Ghanians eat this dish with their hands (the restaurant supplies a bowl of water and dish soap to wash your hands with before and after the meal). I ate it with a spoon, I must admit, but it was excellent. My colleague thought it had the consistency of play doh.
