Bhindi (Okra) in Making....

1. Stir Fry the Okra, add salt, cayenne pepper and turmeric powder, if you wanna make it spicier add ground black pepper, cumin and dry coriander seeds.

 

2. Set aside the fried okra and suatee the onion, add the same spices you added in okra, add diced tomatoes and green chili.

 

3. Add the fried okra and cook for 2/3 more minutes and you are done :)
