upcycled table, curious cat
Estate sale mid-century teak folding table with new beveled glass top. Thought about backing the glass with fabric or paint but I like that the mechanics of the table (router groove and all) are visible-- gives it a Duchamp "Bride Stripped Bare" sort of feel. Still needs a coat of stain and/or tung oil. Will be perfect in the rehabbed sewing studio. Total cost, 15 dollars. Sweet.
