I loved this tender moment from Alison's wedding. Alison & Lauren are two very beautiful girls, I mean women (it's hard to get used to the fact that they've grown up as they were both about 12 when I first met them). Beautiful both on the inside & the outside.

 

I think it was hard for Alison not to have her dad there that day. He died in 2006. It was a huge loss. Andrew was a good man with a heart for Jesus, and is still sorely missed. But Joanne (Alison's mum), Lauren & Marita all helped her through it and, despite the torrential rain, it was an awesome, joyous day.

 

Tim is a lucky man to be married to Alison. (You'd better take good care of her mate, she's very precious cargo.)
