Born from the Spreenkler Meetup which began in 2006, this is the Spreenkler talent development model sketched by Steve Glynn in early 2008. This sketch was used to convey the concept to creative and business leaders around Milwaukee before Spreenkler launched as a design and technology agency powered by college students in 2009.
