Action Comics #1, which featured the first appearance of Superman, went on sale 84 years ago today, April 18, 1938. I was going to shoot my oldest issue of Action next to a recent one, but I can't seem to put my hands on it at the moment. So here's an issue from 1957 and one from 1962 that were easily accessible.
