Cruzbike Silvio ST concept...take II

Made some mod's to the first design and added another cross bar for a

slightly lower seat of pannier would be worthwhile.

Added a cross tube for mounting adjustable seat struts, so other seats can

be fitted, Mesh and Hoagie RANS, Euromesh, or Hardshell seats, using a RANS

1.5" Radloc.

Made the main tube parallel to the ground. A stock Cruzbike seat can be

mounted using the conversion kit seat bracket with some Quest style upper

seat angle adjustable stays.
