Pizzeria Bianco - WISEGUY
Pizzeria Bianco is a small restaurant in downtown Phoenix that has the best pizza I've ever tasted. I waited 5+ hours to taste this pizza and it was well worth the wait. This was our third favorite pizza of the night, though easily beats almost every other pizza I've ever had in my life. One of my favorite things on this green earth is caramelized onions; while these weren't very sweet, the smoked mozzarella and sausage were amazing to say the least.
The wine was an '05 (maybe '06) Flowers Pinot Noir from Bar Bianco (next to the Pizzeria). The bar tenderess described as medium bodied wine with a fruity taste; not being a red wine drinker I said sure and got a bottle. Amazing. It was delicious. We went and got another bottle during dinner, it was that good.
