must be a postcard, because Billy was born in 1881, which would make him only 13, but he did travel early..
The vehicle appears to be a Panhard et Levassor 7cv bicylindre Voiturette dating from around 1902. However the registration number of P2626 indicates a Surrey, UK, registration no earlier than 1904 but more likely a year or two later.
