As i mentioned in one of my wakefield shots a few photos down my stream, i'm planning on taking a collection of photos that are less picturesque than my usual landscape stuff, but shot in the same way compositionally etc.
Here's a little foray into the wasteland behind my office that i've been meaning to do for a little while now, and struck gold finding an abandoned sofa (i found another one that could be even better, but will require better footwear!)
In the background is Holbeck Urban Village - a regeneration effort turning all the old mills into a thriving digital and new media community, with the flagship "Bridgewater Place" skyscraper (tallest building in leeds) in the background.
Wondering if a title of "evolution" might be better - moving thru from scrub land to old buildings to new buildings in the frame?
