...speaking of Elvis, the husband told me he feels, Giorgio is an Elvis in the culinary world. and i have to agree. his food is amazing. sex in your mouth; where, after 2 bites you take a couple seconds to have to stop chewing, cock your head, narrow your eyes in concentration of simply taking in the flavors that are happening and mixing to create magic.

chef Giorgio isn't only fantastic w/ food & his business, but as a person too. first night there, i tweet, "nice to meet you @eating_house!!" & within half an hour i had Giorgio, himself, at my table extending his hand to me saying, "hi, susy, nice to meet you too! i just got your tweet. welcome!" wtf?! hospitality, attention & warmth at its best! and it didn't stop at him, his crew and everyone that makes this pop-up restuarant run are super. it's an immense amount of pride & love for what they do that you totally feel from each one of them.
the restuarant is eating house [a pop-up restuarant] and the menu is a new one every night w/ a few items they keep as staples.
