150.365 :: Hallelujah

She tied you to her kitchen chair

She broke your throne, she cut your hair

And from your lips she drew the Hallelujah

~ Hallelujah, covered by Kate Voegele

I seriously just love that song. I've been wanting to cover it somehow for months..

Things are moving along at their own pace. Which I accept and am trying to be ok with, but know it'll take time, so I try to shake it off and be "normal". So, where on Tuesday I said I was on the floor, I'd say today, I'm about sitting up, but still on the floor... watching.

I got a few PM/FM's today. And they made me sigh good and big and breathe out a buncha staleness from earlier this week. I can't even express on my replies how much it means. It fills my heart - both PM's and comments on here. I puffy heart you guys!! ♥

And as you see, I cut my hair. Here it looks bad. Not much product, but it's back to being a pixie. There was only so long I could do the long hair. I had to re-assure my sister that my haircut wasn't completely part of my sadness right now. A part, but not wholly. It's just getting hot, and I don't like ponytails on me.

Confession: Sometimes I cut my hair when I need not only a change on the outside, but the inside.

And my sister and the hubs know this now, so that's why I warned them both that I am ok. Sad, but I know I am ok.

Babe, if you're reading this, thank you for helping me try to sort out some things outloud (or written) again! today. I love you, deeply.

G'nite y'alls! Off to dye my hair.

Tomorrow is Friday!
