Chicharrones Don Carlos

She makes the best chicharrones, ever. EVER. They serve them with a side plate of yucca, guacamole and radish slaw. I didn't eat the yucca b/c the guac/rabano combo were so perfect w/ each chicharron I kept that flow going until I couldn't any more.
