*Perfect charmer at first: flatters you, showers you with attention.
*Constantly needs validation, praise, and admiration.
*Has no genuine empathy - your feelings are secondary.
*Manipulates: distorts facts, belittles you, you're "always" to blame.
*Double standards: he can do anything, you can't.
*Can't maintain genuine closeness - withdraws when you no longer function.
*Behind the facade: a weak ego that constantly needs fuel to fill the inner emptiness.
How do you protect yourself?
#Don't believe the "love bombing" at first > check if words and actions match.
#Set clear boundaries and don't let yourself be intimidated by fear of losing him.
#Trust your gut: if something seems strange to you, it is.
#Don't make yourself dependent - always maintain your own life without fear of consequences.
#Withdraw his energy: no justifications, no drama > just pull away.
