This shot was made on the third week-end of December. In this holiday season, lot of kids are taken home to the village by parents visiting their families and taking part in various celebrations. That Saturday, there were two weddings and a funeral. Not quite a dilemma. After nearly 30 hours without sleep, comes that time where you no longer remember whose kid is this one or that one over there. You just smile back and take the shot. See them, salute them and smile with them. They are the future, they are the dreamers, they are the reminder of all we aspire to be: plenty in simple things.
