Scrap silver solutions

Just another form of metalsmithing for those who like to pound it.

 

There were times when my scrap silver pile weighed a couple of pounds. That's when I went in to full tilt spoon mode. The silver was melted in a crucible and then poured into different sized ingot molds. All of the silver pieces were cold forged ( a shit load of annealing) and all the stainless steel was hot forged.

 

I hope you enjoy this selection cuz I'm particularly fond of my spoons.
