Sparkle and Shine

A card created to share how fun it is to add some sparkle to your creations for the current Simon Says Stamp Flickr challenge.

 

I sprayed the embossed and inked background with a mixture of Perfect Pearls and water and also added Wink of Stella to the center of each flower.
