One Starry Night...
Ever since I wanted to do star trails, I had the Azure Window in mind...imagining the magnificence of the Azure Window with the trail of stars above it...
I have not done star trails before and granted I kinda knew what needs to be done, I soon realised how knowing something and realising it are two different things entirely...Everything you want is there, the sky, the blue, the moon, the night and the gorgeous Azure Window...
Though I did not quite like the end result (The moon rise made it impossible to keep going as it was almost full moon and it was like broad daylight)
If I had a pair of wellies, I would've gotten down to the water closer to the window itself but could not manage it with varying tides..
Malta was gorgeous but we picked the wrong time to go there as the sun was blazing and the days were quite hot. In a way it was fine as I do not shoot any pics during the day. So we usually hang out indoors and venture out in the evening and stay till late.
Food was great and the country as such is very safe and you can almost see people on the streets till the wee hours of the morning. May be some day I would get back here again..for now, I would sit back and reminisce that one starry night...
This is a composite of around 200 images stacked together and the light on the Azure Window was from cars going in and out of the parking lot (I know..at night who'd a thunk it!)
Thanks for viewing and have a nice week ahead everyone! :)
