I was looking intently at these gentle creatures and their eyes stared back at me transfixed by my presence. It was only after standing there for a long while that they resumed their grazing. Perhaps they trusted me now. I couldn't help thinking how they reminded me of my dogs in behavior and gentleness. To think that we eat these creatures. If this was the only evil of humanity. Something to think about.
