One out of Four
On the Sabbath one could often see groups of men sitting together on park benches after synagogue services to discuss politics, current events or just plane gossip. The women would usually be on another bench right next to the one where the men were doing the same thing, but discussing different subject matters. This man reminds me of my grandfather who although was a widower, used to join the others on the benches. Like this man, he too was a listener. He passed away in 1961.
