Fluctuat Nec Mergitur by M. Chat

Part of a fresco located at the corner of the Rue Bichat and Rue Allibert in Paris 10th, just 50 meters from the Petit Cambodge and the Carillon cafés where on November 13th 2015 15 people were killed by fanatics during terrorist attacks.

One month later this wall was re-decorated by street artists and children of the district to show their resistance and hope.
