Koa Mok Gai

This is anothe Southern Style comfort food. The name mean " baked rice with chicken", the rice is cooked with shallot, tumeric, and cumin. It served with crispy fillet of chicken breast which had been marinated with tumeric, garlic, black pepper and cilantro root. The lightly coated with ricr flour for delicate crisp and deep fried right before serving. The dish is accompany by sweet and tangy cucumber sald. Each components (rice, chicken and cucumber salad) works well together to create a dynamite flavors!
